Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, shipping is generally available worldwide excluding temporary restrictions. If shipping isn't available to your location, please contact me as it may be a shop error.

When will I receive my order?

Orders take 2-5 business days to dispatch. Delays may occur with dispatching but in that case you will be contacted directly.

United States, United Kingdom and European orders are estimated to take 1-2 weeks to arrive. Other locations may take 2-3 weeks.

Due to changing restrictions and import laws please allow for delays. 

How can I track my order?

Parcels are usually shipped through the Lithuanian Post, you can track your shipment here.

Once the shipment reaches the destination country you should be able to track it through your local postal system.

My package was lost/returned!

Returned shipments can be re-shipped once I receive them back. The buyer will have to pay for re-shipping unless the reason for the return was my mistake.

If a package is lost after leaving the country of origin sadly I cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Can I return my order?

After an item has been shipped no returns are accepted, unless there is an issue with the product and we settle on a return. In some cases orders can be cancelled & refunded before being shipped out, please contact me to see if that can be done.

Do you take commissions?

I don't offer any sort of custom orders or commissions.
